Do you sell one animal at a time, or only in batches?

We sell in batches by breed and grade. WhatsApp us and we'll tell you exactly what's available and in what quantities.

Can I reserve a batch?

Yes. A reservation holds the batch for 48 hours. After that it goes back on the list unless confirmed with a deposit.

Is everything in the shop in stock?

Every item has a live stock status — "In stock", "On order", or "Available soon". These update as supply changes.

Can you deliver equipment on the same trip as animals?

Yes, and we'll usually waive the extra delivery fee if you're buying both.

We travel with hydration, ventilation, and rest stops built into every trip. If anything were wrong on arrival, you wouldn't pay.

Yes — if an animal shows a major health issue within 7 days of delivery, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
